There are currently 59 Residential listings in the Town of Vulcan as of today. A good selection of properties and low interest rates make it a favourable market for potential buyers.
Vulcan needs something...I am not sure what it is yet. We need to attract businesses so they can set up in town, hire some locals, and stimulate the local economy. There are several buildings vacant downtown so getting a good location does not look like a big issue. Plus, being located between major centres such as Calgary and Lethbridge should help. Just need to get that ball rolling and I think things could be rolling along again!
