Increase in activity

Wow!  It has been a busy past couple of weeks!  Nice to see some people taking advantage of the market and picking up some deals.  I have busy not only picking up listings, but writing offers on properties as well.  Just yesterday I took a listing in the morning, and two offers on properties in the afternoon, then put up a sign on a property that I started getting calls on first thing this morning!  Does this mean that the local real estate market is turning around?  Ask me in about 6 months or so....
