MLS Update

As of the morning of June 19, 2010, there are currently 58 Residential Properties listed for sale on the MLS system. This means that there is a lot of inventory for Buyers to choose from. Also, Sellers have to be competitively priced to be in this market, otherwise their property is going to "sit" for a long time.
